I'm getting induced on Monday!!
The last few weeks my blood pressure has been a little high. It is not at a dangerous level yet, but my doctor decided today that she wants to just play it safe. I will be 39 weeks on Saturday and my doctor decided that at this point it is best for me to just deliver, rather than risk my pressure getting worse.
I'm so surprised. I really didn't expect this. I thought that I had 10 days until my due date and suddenly I only have 4 days until she arrives. Overall I am just really excited. I have grown really impatient with waiting and so eager to meet her. I also like knowing for sure what day she will arrive. There is no more waiting and guessing. Just a few more days and our baby girl will be here!

ReplyDeleteI had Landon at 39 weeks, 2 days also, but I wasn't induced. My water broke, I was shocked, and I had a baby within 12 hours :)
